We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all orders under $100 and free shipping on all orders above $100.
Returns & Exchanges
Whims offers returns and exchanges within14 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase, provided the item meets the criteria for returns/exchanges outlined below. Returning items will be at the expense of the customer. We will perform an exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time of the request.
Regularly Priced Items:
Must be in original condition with all original tags attached
Must be unworn/unwashed
Free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant and cigarette smoke
Any sign of the wear or damage to the clothing will automatically make the items ineligible for return/exchange.
Final Sale Items:
Discounted/sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item is returned and does not meet our return criteria it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
